STRUCTURE
We adopt a hybrid load-bearing concept in our projects: heavy steel for the main load-bearing chassis and the columns-and-beams; and S280+Z100-grade light steel for the panels and secondary members. This combination brings together high load capacity, stiffness against vibrations, low weight, and superior corrosion resistance in a single structure. All elements are produced to millimeter precision using CNC cutting and roll-forming technology.

KONSTRUKTION
Wir verfolgen in unseren Projekten ein hybrides Tragwerkskonzept: Für das Hauptchassis sowie Stützen und Träger verwenden wir Schwerstahl; für Paneele und sekundäre Tragglieder Leichtstahlprofile der Qualität S280 + Z100. Diese Kombination vereint in einer Konstruktion hohe Tragfähigkeit, Steifigkeit gegen Erschütterungen, geringes Eigengewicht und überlegenen Korrosionsschutz. Sämtliche Elemente werden millimetergenau mittels CNC-Zuschnitt und Rollforming-Technologie gefertigt.

We hanteren in onze projecten een hybride draagconcept: zwaar staal voor het hoofschassis en de kolommen/liggers; en lichtstalen profielen S280+Z100 voor de panelen en secundaire draagdelen. Deze combinatie verenigt hoge draagcapaciteit, stijfheid tegen trillingen, laag eigengewicht en uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid in één constructie. Alle elementen worden met millimeterprecisie vervaardigd via CNC-snijden en rolvormtechnologie (roll-forming).
