New Castromax CST-MXHP- 3 AXLES HYDRAULIC PLATFORM LOWBED low bed semi-trailer

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

(PLEASE FIND OUR CATALOGUE ATTACHED IN YOUR LANGUAGE)
Built for serious heavy-haul operations, the CASTROMAX® CST-MXHP 3 LOWBED combines a 60,000 kg payload capacity, three 12-tonne axles, a hydraulic gooseneck loading platform and a practical 13,400 mm effective loading area.
The hydraulic platform over the gooseneck creates additional usable loading length, allowing the effective loading area to increase from 9,000 mm to 13,400 mm.
This makes the CST-MXHP 3 particularly suitable for transporting combinations such as a paver and roller, heavy construction machinery, industrial equipment and other demanding loads where additional usable deck length is required without moving to a telescopic trailer configuration.

HYDRAULIC GOOSENECK PLATFORM
The key feature of the CST-MXHP 3 is its hydraulic gooseneck loading platform.
The hydraulic platform can be raised to approximately 14°, creating a continuous loading area over the gooseneck.
This increases the effective loading length from 9,000 mm to 13,400 mm.
The additional usable loading area allows operators to carry longer machinery combinations or multiple machines while keeping the overall trailer architecture compact and practical.
For applications such as paver and roller transport, the hydraulic platform provides a major operational advantage by allowing the gooseneck area to become part of the usable loading surface.
AXLE CONFIGURATION AND MANOEUVRABILITY
The CST-MXHP 3 uses three 12-tonne axles with air suspension.
One axle is self-steering, improving manoeuvrability during cornering and helping reduce tyre scrub.
One axle is equipped with hydraulic lift functionality.
The combination of self-steering and lift-axle technology helps improve handling, tyre life and operating efficiency depending on load conditions.
This configuration provides a practical balance between payload capacity, stability and everyday manoeuvrability.
MECHANICAL PLATFORM WIDTH EXTENSION
The standard loading platform is 2,550 mm wide.
Mechanical side extensions provide an additional 250 mm on each side.
With both extensions deployed, the total usable loading width increases to approximately 3,050 mm.
The additional width makes the trailer suitable for transporting wider tracked machinery, construction equipment and other loads exceeding standard road-width dimensions.
REAR HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS
The CST-MXHP 3 is equipped with hydraulic bi-fold rear loading ramps.
The ramps provide an approximately 10° loading angle for easier and safer machinery loading.
The ramp system also includes 200 mm hydraulic lateral adjustment, allowing the ramp position to be adapted according to the track width of the machinery being loaded.
This provides additional flexibility when transporting construction machinery with different undercarriage widths.
CHASSIS AND MATERIALS
The chassis is manufactured using certified high-strength structural steels:
• SSAB S700MC PLUS
• S690QL
• S355J2+N
The chassis architecture is engineered around optimised weight distribution, structural durability and heavy-haul operating conditions.
The use of high-strength structural steel provides the strength required for intensive machinery transport while maintaining an efficient chassis design.
PAINT PROTECTION
The chassis and structural surfaces undergo a complete industrial surface-treatment process.
All surfaces are prepared with:
• Sandblasting
• Anti-corrosion epoxy primer
• Two-component acrylic paint
Customer-specific colour configurations can be supplied according to order requirements.
BRAKING AND SAFETY SYSTEMS
The CST-MXHP 3 is equipped with a WABCO 4S3M EBS braking system with ABS and RSS roll stability support.
The braking system is designed for professional heavy-haul operation and provides electronically controlled braking across the axle group.
The trailer is also equipped with TPMS tyre-pressure monitoring as part of the standard equipment package.

HYDRAULIC ADVANTAGE
The CST-MXHP 3 is designed for operators who need more usable loading length without moving to a telescopic lowbed.
The hydraulic gooseneck platform converts the front section of the trailer into usable deck space.
This provides:
• 9,000 mm standard loading platform
• Up to 13,400 mm effective loading area
• Additional flexibility for carrying multiple machines
• Compact overall trailer architecture
• Easier loading through the hydraulic platform geometry
The result is a practical heavy-haul configuration for machinery transport where deck utilisation is critical.
